LIME was founded to fill a gap. LIME’s founder worked in the brokerage side of the business for over 9 years and through several mergers and acquisitions got to see and understand the business through the perspective of several very different companies. It was through this experience that two things became very clear: brokerages are lacking in the area of REALTOR® development, and brokerages have a severe lack of marketing acumen in today’s digital world.  Thus, LIME was born! A company built upon the REALTOR® experience and agent support designed to enhance the client experience. Working with LIME as a buyer or a seller is an investment in the community as the company has a mission to improve the quality of the community through several programs.

How We Are Different

At LIME, we don’t believe in the traditional brokerage model, hiring hundreds of untrained REALTORS® with limited access to the broker, in hopes of earning a profit. Instead we curate a select few and focus all our time and resources on their success. We believe that when the agent wins our customers and clients do too. We are teamwork oriented, we all pitch in to bring the client to a successful transaction close.

Our agents are accompanied by their assigned mentor for their first 5 transactions, from start to finish, to ensure they meet LIME quality standards.
